Training is offered in both individual and small-group settings, as well as recurring and pop-up large-group fitness offered in local community spaces.

For folks in the middle tier, use discount code “SS-25” for a 25% discount; for folks in the lowest tier, use “SS-50” for a 50% discount - no questions asked, no verification required.

Did you know? You may be able to request reimbursement from FSA funds for your personal training sessions! Check with your FSA administration company to obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity form to be completed and signed by your primary care provider. You then submit that letter with an itemized invoice from me. Just let me know what information needs to be on the invoice!

Join other Transformation Fitness clients in high-intensity workouts at our training space in Williamsburg, MA. These workouts are designed to accommodate attendees wherever they are in their fitness journey - whether you’re working with bodyweight or heavy weights - to deliver an experience that will help you feel strong, accomplished, and motivated to keep going.
