Have you heard about the benefits of strength training but are not sure how to get started? Want stronger bones, healthier joints, and to have strength and balance into your golden years?

Join us for a small-group, five-week beginner strength training program that will introduce you to basic movements that can be done with

bodyweight resistance bands dumbbells barbells medicine balls

This program prepares you for strength training on your own, through the TransFit online program, or in-person at our HIIT Strength classes.
