April 17 Updates: New Membership Structure, Strength Foundations Program

Winter has quickly turned to summer here in the valley, and Mother Nature seems to have forgotten all about spring.
The past two months have been an incredible whirlwind of meeting so many people, getting into a rhythm with group classes, moving through the first sessions of Powerlifting 101, and launching the Couch to 5k. I am loving seeing the community we are building together - the laughter, joyful movement, and new friends checking in with each other are some of my regular favorites. Line dancing for cardio warmup last night. Hearing about your successes and how much stronger and more capable you feel in such a short amount of time. I feel so lucky.
Membership Changes
Looking forward to May, I am excited to make some changes to my service offerings that I hope will make me available to more folks and in a more sustainable way for myself. Here’s what that looks like (full details including pricing and registration links on my website)

TransFit Coaching: Everything in Core PLUS a personalized training plan specific to your goals and biweekly 1:1 check-ins with J.
TransFit Training: Everything in Remote PLUS 1:1 training sessions with J, purchased in packs of 1, 5 or 10.

NEW PROGRAM: Strength Training Foundations, May 4 - 27
Learning all about the benefits of strength training but are not sure how to get started? Want stronger bones, healthier joints, and to have strength and balance into your golden years?
Join us for a small-group, four-week beginner strength training program that will introduce you to basic movements that can be done with bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, or even a small pet! (Kidding. Or not!)
This program prepares you for strength training on your own, through the TransFit Remote program, or in-person at our HIIT Strength classes.
May 4 - 27. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm
Sliding Scale: $150, $225, or $300
